Fort Meigs, a restored 1812 fortification, is located in Perrysburg, OH on the bank of the Maumee River. It is host to an annual timeline event, "Muster at the Maumee", which features reenactors from Roman times to present. There's no proper battle, but Fort Meigs is a favorite of many area reenactors due to its educational value and the opportunity to mingle with a fun and varied group of people.
